Megan Wyrick

Program Director, Certified Addictions Counselor (CAC)

Megan Wyrick, CAC, comes to Eden Hill as a substance abuse specialist with many years of working with women recovering from the disease of addiction. Megan brings a loving and caring approach to Eden Hill with a passion for helping women achieve their freedom from the grasps of substance use. She works with each woman to design an individualized, workable treatment plan--encouraging the 12-step process and strengthening relapse prevention skills--and an aftercare plan to prepare for a smooth transition back into the individual's community and how to cope with the daily challenges of life. megan@edenhillrecoveryretreat.com

Wendy Walker Cleary

Clinical Director, LCSW..

Wendy Walker Cleary comes to Eden Hill with twenty years of clinical experience and a passion for working with women and addiction; alcohol, drugs, and food. Ms. Cleary received her Masters in Social Work from NYU and a post masters certificate in trauma studies at the National Institute for Psychotherapies. She has Level 1 and Level 2 training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). Certified in Imago Relationship Therapy, Ms. Cleary is well versed in working with families as well. In summary, Ms. Cleary brings an integrative approach to treating the whole person with a deep understanding of the treatments that are most effective with women.

Dori Gay

Founder and Owner, LMFT

For several years, Dori has been in private practice as a marriage therapist and has experienced through her clients the devastation that substance abuse can have on family relationships. She completed part of her internship at a substance abuse facility and worked with angry spouses and children who did not understand the disease of addiction. In addition to her training as a Marriage and Family Therapist at Capella University, Dori has post graduate training in special marriage therapy programs (Gottman workshops) and is certified in medical hypnosis and divorce mediation. In addition to helping clients with depression, anxiety and PTSD, she works with clients on issues relating to weight loss and self esteem. dgay@edenhill.com

Lisa O'Neil

Therapist, LMFT

Lisa is a Substance Abuse Counselor and Licensed Family and Marital Therapist with decades of experience in the field. In her treatment, Lisa includes the two most successful evidenced-based models of therapy that deal with trauma: EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).

Anna McGuire

Assistant Director

Anna has been with us from the very beginning and is essential to keeping Eden Hill in tip top shape! With a background in Marketing, she is in charge of business operations. She also prepares delicious meals, helps teach residents how to cook and keeps the house and property in pristine condition. A woman who wears many hats, Anna is known to many residents as Mom--Manager of Many and Maker of Memories.

Randall Dwenger, MD

Consulting Psychiatrist

Our consulting psychiatrist, Dr. Randall Dwenger, has decades of experience in the field of Addiction Recovery. Throughout his 30-year career, Dr. Dwenger has built extensive knowledge in Addiction Treatment and is skilled in psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and individual psychotherapy services. He is a graduate of Indiana University School of Medicine and completed residency training at the Institute of Living in Hartford and is board-certified in both Psychiatry and in Addiction Medicine. His career path has included a variety of experiences, including developing and managing a detox center, directing an Adolescent Chemical Dependency program, and extensive work with veterans through the Veterans Administration. His office is located 10 minutes down the road from Eden Hill in nearby Lakeville, CT.
